ftsaskwatertower (200 x 174)   As a business member of our community in Ft Saskatchewan, we always strive to lead by example in the way we do business.  Please take the time to read our Mission Statement and Core Values pages.  We will continue to do our best in all areas and always maintain the highest level of integrity and respect.  Below are just a few insights as to what we are involved in, to always be good ambassadors of not only our community but Alberta and Canada, we are proud to be Canadian!

bottle-recycle2 (200 x 133)  Recycling is an important way for individuals and businesses to reduce the waste they generate and reduce the negative impact of that waste. Because recycling is big business, every time you recycle, it also supports the many companies and employees doing this important work.  Recycling conserves our natural resources, saves landfill space, conserves energy, and reduces water pollution, air pollution and the green house gas emissions that cause global warming. Together, Reducing, Reusing, Recycling and buying Recycled products make up a comprehensive waste and resource reduction strategy that benefits our natural world and our economy.

Sponsor-Child (200 x 141)   Recycling a pop can means a lot more than just a clean environment to some.  AUA collects the bottles and cans from participating clients and the money is combined to sponsor children and others in need both within our communities and communities abroad.   As we start to get more companies involved we will be sponsoring more.  So the next time you have that beverage just think about how fortunate we are.

chamber-of-commerce (200 x 200)   The Fort Saskatchewan Chamber of Commerce, as it is known today, or the original Fort Saskatchewan Board of Trade dates back to 1904. The bustling village of Fort Saskatchewan, population of about 600, needed direction in their business community.  The present Chamber of Commerce started in the early 1950’s and today is a very vibrant and intricate part of the community and district.

AUA is a proud member.
